Statement of Principles:
- We support and encourage healthy communication and healthy community
- We are a symbol of harmony and peace
- We represent a healthy, cooperative, and connected community
- We agree that it is ok to disagree
- We all understand Divine and worship and celebrate in our own unique ways
- We are alike but different, and as such shall celebrate those differences and find joy in those similarities
- We have no expectation of one another but I expect myself to be honest, loving, ethical, professional, and clear in my communication and interaction with others in the Circle of Tribes
- We gather in the spirit of hope to make this community stronger; there are no secrets here.

Purpose:
- To create harmony & peace in the community by encouraging mutual understanding of differences & to practice open, direct, clear, and tactful communication.
- To be an informal network of covens in Rochester, New York (Geographic location may change as need arises)
- To gather once every three years to celebrate the Sabbat of Lammas (First Harvest)
- To gather once a year in an informal way; a picnic, a drumming circle, a sledding party, etc.
- To be a resource for HPs who wish to share what their coven does and pick up ideas from others
